Instant Vegan Falafel Mix
From our local Aussie farmers comes this tasty Millet Falafel Mix. All the grains used in this mix are gluten free whole grains. Millet I love because its 100% wholegrain which your gut bacteria will love, not to mention it tastes delicious.
Option 1. Just add water! Add 1/2 cup or 125ml of boiling water, mix and let sit for 10 minutes. Form into approximately 4 patties and pan fry 5 minutes on each side.
Option 2. Add Chick Peas! Add 1/2 cup or 125ml of boiling water, mix and let sit for 10 minutes. Drain, rinse and slightly mash (still leaving some texture in the chick peas) one 400g can of Chick Peas. Mix with Rawries burger mix. Form into approximately 6 patties and pan fry 5 minutes on each side.
Option 3. Your Choice! Try replacing chick peas with 1 3/4 cups of cooked vegetables or lentils. Try adding some fresh coriander, parsley and a squeeze of lemon.
