Raw Tomato Sauce Recipe

Do you have a few tomatoes ripening all at once or maybe there might be some wonderful plump ripe tomatoes at your local farmers market. Why not transform them into a delicious jar of red tomato sauce. A beautiful fresh taste with none of the nasties. Try this on you vegy burger. This easy versatile tomato sauce can be used as a dipping sauce, pizza sauce and pasta sauce. Any type of tomatoes can be used to make sauce. I would only recommend they be deliciously ripe. Enjoy!

 

Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Egg Free, Sugar Free, Nut Free, Raw, Vegan, Plant-Based

Ingredients
1 cup sundried tomato
1 cup tomatoes chopped
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 Lemon Juice
2 dates
1 tablespoon Tamari
1 garlic crushed
Salt and Pepper
Method
Puree all ingredients until desired consistency.
