Dairy free, gluten free, egg free, sugar free, nut free, vegan, plant based
400g of extra firm tofu, drained and crumbled
½ cup chopped shallots
1 large celery stick
½ tablespoon olive oil
1 ½ tablespoon of white miso
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 lemon, juiced
1 teaspoon turmeric
Salt and pepper
Add the ingredients and puree until smooth. Serve fresh in a display bowl and decorate.
