Paprika Bean Dip Recipe
Yummy bean dip. I love beans and they should be a stable in everyone’s diet. Full of fibre and nutrients which helps ward of bowel disease. You will hear me harping on about the benefits of beans and I truly would love everyone to incorporate more beans into their daily meals. Try using pureed beans as a thickener. Fry some beans (white beans) with garlic and pretend they are chips. Nothing beats a Mexican Chili con Bean.
Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Egg Free, Sugar Free, Nut Free, Raw, Vegan, Plant-Based
1 cup cooked, white beans or cannellini beans
½ tablespoon tahini
½ tablespoon olive oil
1 garlic glove crushed
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Chili to taste (optional)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Sprinkle with dukkah (optional)
Puree all ingredients until smooth. If required add some water to help puree.
