Creamy Green Soup

 Raw Creamy Green Soup Recipe

 

Wow this is a great tasting easy green chilled soup.  Nothing like reaping the benefits of green vegetables after a hard work out or a hard days work. Light in the stomach so your body is spending less energy digesting and more energy rejuvenating. If you want to heat it up just puree a little longer and the friction will increase the temperature. If you like it a little spicy try adding fresh horseradish or chili.  Not only does the avocado thicken the mixture but when it’s kept in the fridge, the heat will intensify.  Love it, enjoy!!

 

Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Sugar Free, Egg Free, Nut Free, Vegan, Plant-Based

 

Ingredients (Serves 2)

 3 tomatoes chopped

1 Lebanese cucumber chopped
2 celery stalks chopped
2 garlic crushed
2 cups of baby spinach
¼ onion chopped
Corn kernels from 1 cob of corn
2 teaspoon Tamari
1 teaspoon Paprika
½ avocado
Chilli or horse radish to you liking
Salt and paper to taste

Method

Puree all ingredients together with a tampering stick to reach your desired texture.  Keep pureeing if you wish to heat the soup slightly.
