Cauliflower Salad

Raw Cauliflower Salad Recipe

This cauliflower salad is dead easy.  If you require a dressing just squeeze fresh lemon juice, drizzle olive oil and grind salt and pepper. Enjoy!

Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Egg Free, Sugar Free, Raw, Vegan, Plant-Based

Ingredients
½ head of cauliflower grated
½ capsicum chopped
2 kale leaf chopped finely
½ cup parsley
Currents
Salt and pepper
Lemon juice
¼ cup Pomegranate seeds
¼ cup of pistachios
  
Method
Mix all ingredients together and sprinkle with some pistachios and pomegranates for crunch.
