Nori Rolls

Raw Sushi Roll Recipe 

Sushi Rolls are my family’s favorite. They’re a hit with the soft avocado and the crunchy vegetables. This hot sauce is best left in the fridge to enhance the flavor. These Sushi Rolls are an easy homemade dish that takes little time yet tastes delicious!

 

Dairy free, Gluten Free, Egg, Free, Sugar Free, Nut Free, Raw, Vegan

 

Ingredients
1 inch of horseradish root peeled and grated or ½ teaspoon of horseradish from a jar
1/2 medium beet peeled
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon salt

4 Nori Rolls

Grated carrot

Cucumber

Lettuce

Avocado

Cabbage

 

Method
Process all ingredients together until you reach a nice thick grainy texture. 

Place a nori sheet shiny side down on a chopping board. Place a selection of your favorite vegetables on the nori roll. Spoon the pink sauce over the vegetables. Roll up and cut in 3. Serve with some tamari dipping sauce.
