Raw Creamy Green Soup Recipe

Wow this is a great green chilled soup.  If you want to heat it up just puree a little longer and the friction will increase the temperature. If you like it a little spicy try adding fresh horseradish or chilli.  When its kept in the fridge not only does the avocado thicken the mixture but the heat will intensify.  Love it, enjoy!!



Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Sugar Free, Egg Free, Nut Free, Vegan, Plant-Based



3 tomatoes chopped
1 Lebanese cucumber chopped
2 celery stalks chopped
2 garlic crushed
2 cups of baby spinach
¼ onion chopped
Corn kernels from 1 cob of corn
2 teaspoon Tamari
1 teaspoon Paprika
½ avocado
Chilli or horse radish to you liking
Salt and paper to taste
Puree all ingredients together with a tampering stick to reach your desired texture.  Keep pureeing if you wish to heat the soup slightly.
