Raw Strawberry Smoothie Bowl Recipe
You’ll feel energized after a full plate of fresh fruit and that’s exactly what you’ll get with this strawberry smoothie recipe. It’s just been manipulated to look and feel slightly different to a couple of pieces of fruit. With only 6 ingredients and one easy step this is a simple breakfast recipe and can be put together in no time. Change the fruits up to suit your season and what’s fresh at your local farmers markets.
Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Sugar Free, Egg Free, Nut Free, Raw, Vegan
Ingredients (makes 2 large cups)
1 1/2 cups of fresh or frozen strawberries or berries
1 1/2 frozen banana, broken into pieces
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup oats
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional
Strawberries, oats, coconut, seeds, nuts
Blend all ingredients until smooth and pour into bowls. Decorate
