Green Sweet Spirulina Smoothie Recipe

 

Sweet green smoothie, Yum! Thanks to the banana and blueberries it has a wonderful flavour. This is a great introduction to green smoothies. The next step would be to add some more green vegetables like broccoli, celery, zucchini, watercress, green beans and beet greens. 

 

Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Egg Free, Sugar Free, Nut Free, Raw, Vegan

 

Ingredients

1 ripe banana

1 cup of frozen blueberries

1 cup of spinach

1 cup of kale

3/4 of a cup of water

1 teaspoon of spirulina

 

Method

Puree until smooth
