But my favourite is the way green leafy vegetables are alkaline forming in the body....a healthy green smoothie helps counter all that acid forming food we eat these days. Enjoy!!
Dairy free, gluten free, egg free, sugar free, nut free, raw, vegan, plant-based
1 ripe banana, peeled
1 medium orange, peel removed
1 apple, chopped
1 cup spinach, washed
1 cup kale, washed
¼ cup water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Puree all ingredients until smooth.
