Raw Fruit Ice Block Recipe

 

Supper easy and a fun way to give fruit to your children not to mention refreshing on a hot day.  You can design your own ice blocks using any fruit. Try kiwi fruit, blueberries, mango, pineapple or strawberries.

 

Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Egg Free, Sugar Free, Nut Free, Raw, Vegan

 

Ingredients

Medium watermelon

Frozen raspberries

 

Method        

Blend the watermelon until it’s turned to water. Slice up your desired fruit if required. Place in ice-block mould. You can press the slices against the side to make it more attractive. Pour in the watermelon juice and freeze.
