Berry Boost Smoothie Recipe

 

 

This powerful superfood smoothie packed full of anti-oxidants will help kick start your day. Thanks to the natural taste of dates this smoothie is sweet. With the added ingredient of chia seeds you’ll have plenty of protein, omega-3 fatty acids and my favourite ... fiber. Great replacement to the more traditional dairy smoothies. Enjoy!!

 

Dairy free, Gluten Free, egg Free, Sugar Free, Nut Free, Raw, Vegan, Plant-Based

 

Ingredients

 

1 cup frozen berries
juice of 1 lemon
1/4 cup dates
3 tablespoons chia seeds
1 cup ice
1/2 cup water

 

Method

Puree all the ingredients together until smooth.
