Raw Acai Bowl Recipe

Acai is a super food berry found in Brazil and is said to contain 5 times the antioxidant power of Blueberries. We can buy the berries here as frozen Acai Puree or Acai Berry Powder. Both work well in this Acai Bowl. It’s thick, filling and delicious. Makes a great start to any day.


Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Sugar Free, Egg Free, Nut Free, Raw, Vegan




1 cup frozen berry mix

1 banana, frozen

1 pack acai puree (or 2 tsp of acai powder with 3-4 crushed ice cubes)

3 tablespoon rolled oats

2/3 cups soy milk / rice milk

1 tsp maple syrup or honey


Coconut flakes, Chia seeds, Oats, Fruits, Seeds, Nuts




If you use a frozen pack of acai puree break it into small pieces for the blender. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Decorate
