Raw Chocolate Pudding with Chia

Every once in a while I want something a little more filling and substantial for dessert. This chia recipe really helps satisfy those sweet craving.  So healthy and nutritious with high fibre, protein and omega-3 content. After soaking the chia seed simply puree or mix briskly all the ingredients and then decorate. Enjoy

 

Gluten free, Dairy Free, Sugar free, Vegan, Wholegrain, Plant-Based

 

Ingredients
2 tablespoon Chia seed, soak in 1 cup of water for a minimum of 30 minutes
1.5 tablespoon Cacao Powder
4 tablespoon Honey or Rice syrup
1 large Banana
1 teaspoons Vanilla

 

Method
Puree or briskly mix all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Decorate with fresh seasonal fruit and enjoy.
