Raw Chocolate Ball Recipe
1 cup pecans
1 cup dates soaked in water
4 tablespoons raw cacao powder
4 tablespoons of desiccated coconut
2 tablespoons coconut butter softened
2 tablespoons rice syrup
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Drain the nuts and dates. Process all ingredients until a smooth crumb. Form into balls and roll in your favorite crumbs. Place in fridge to chill. Keep in an airtight container in the fridge.
