Chocolate Banana Mousse

You can’t feel too guilty about devouring this mousse! With the main ingredient being banana it really is healthy.This recipe goes well as a dessert, topping, tart filling or a parfait. I add a little coffee to help bring out the intensity of the cacao. This mousse will keep well in the fridge for a few days….if it lasts that long!
                                                                                                                          
Dairy free, gluten free, egg free, sugar free, nut free, raw, vegan, plant-based
                                                                                                                                 
Ingredients
3 Bananas
1 cup dates soaked until soft
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon coffee (optional)
Pinch of Salt
       
Method
Process all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
