Chocolate Brownie Recipe

Need a simple dessert for tonight’s meal? Are you in charge of snacks for the next school event? Need to satisfy a sweet craving? Chocolate Brownies are your go-to recipe! So easy to mix up and serve. These moist delicious raw wholefood brownies contain maximum nutrition. This versatile recipe can easily be converted to bliss balls. Just a case of rolling the mixture in balls and rolling in your favourite topping.

 

Dairy free, Gluten Free, Egg Free, Sugar Free, Raw, Vegan
Ingredients
1 cup pecans or walnuts soaked in water for 2 hours
1 cup dates soaked in water for 2 hours to soften
4 tablespoons raw cacao powder
4 tablespoons shredded unsweetened coconut
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Method
Drain the nuts and dates. Process all ingredients until a smooth crumb. Line a pan with baking paper and press firmly. Place in freezer to harden.  Once hard slice into bar shapes and enjoy.
