Buckwheat "Coco Pops" Crunch

Raw Buckwheat Cacao Crunch Recipe

 

These are the coco pops of the raw vegan world.  High in fibre and nutrient rich, buckwheat provides a wonderful crunch and tastes delicious. Great to add to any combination of raw muesli. Sprinkle on desserts for that extra crunch.

 

Dairy Fee, Gluten Free, Egg Free, Nut Free, Raw, Vegan, Wholegrain

 

Ingredients
2 cups sprouted buck wheat
¾ cup rice syrup
1 cup coconut
3 tablespoon cocoa
1 tablespoon xylitol
1 teaspoon lemon juice

 

Method
Mix all ingredients together by hand and spread on dehydrator tray. Dehydrate for around 6 hours on 42 degrees Celsius or until crispy. Keep in fridge in an air tight container.
